Ideal for materials that are weak against acids and alkalis! Weak alkaline copper plating solution.
Copper pyrophosphate plating solution / Additive CP-25
Piro copper has a weak alkaline nature with a pH of 8 to 9. It is close to neutral, so it has a minimal impact on the material.
This is a pyrophosphate copper plating solution with a weak alkaline pH of 8.6 to 8.9. Compared to strong acidic copper plating and strong alkaline cyanide copper plating, its pH is closer to neutral, and its low corrosiveness to materials is its greatest feature. It is suitable for plating on zinc die castings and materials that are weak against acids and alkalis, making its wide applicability a strength. It excels in uniform electrodeposition and leveling properties, allowing for a uniform glossy coating even on complex shapes. Being a no-cyanide bath that does not contain cyanides, it helps reduce wastewater treatment costs.
