Verification cutting of stainless steel heat exchangers. During cutting with a band saw, it was reported that the fin parts delaminated and the entire heat exchanger tilted diagonally. Water jet cutting was considered. Since the bonding areas are small, delamination due to the jet spray was also a concern, so the entire unit was fixed with resin before cutting. Although delamination occurred in several areas of the fin parts, the shape itself was cut without deformation.
