It can provide higher loads than conventional compression springs, allowing for miniaturization and weight reduction while maintaining and controlling precise force. Additionally, it generates almost no waste during manufacturing, making it an environmentally friendly spring. This time, we received an inquiry about the possibility of processing an elliptical notch on the inner diameter, and we proceeded with sample cutting. We set up to control the jet diffusion in the deflection area, and the notch cutting was successful. However, the burrs on the backside could not be completely eliminated.
