At Hufschmied, we utilize our in-house machining center to provide test machining services using our customers' workpieces. In our test machining, we not only select the optimal cutting tools but also offer: - Optimization of workpiece clamping methods - Suggestions for tool holder specifications - Optimization of cutting conditions (such as rotation speed and feed rate) - Advice for improving machining quality and reducing machining time We provide practical know-how that is useful in actual production environments. If you provide the workpieces, we can conduct test machining free of charge.
