With our extensive experience and proven track record in water jet cutting, we accept requests for prototype and verification cutting of difficult-to-process materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.
Extraction of test samples from arbitrary positions of glass top material for built-in stoves, which is resistant to high temperatures, shocks, and dirt. Due to differences in partial painting, back structure, and treatment, samples are cut using both punching and cutting methods. The material is highly resistant to thermal shock and impact, with a long lifespan of 15 to 20 years. Although water jet cutting allows for the creation of square holes, circular cutouts, and arbitrary curved shapes at any position, our abrasive has a coarse particle size, which can cause minor chipping, but no significant cracks or chips have occurred.
