"Heatstroke measures" & "Oxygen deficiency response" (Remote monitoring DX)
Heatstroke prevention and oxygen deficiency response option (Safe TANK DX)
Centralized monitoring of WBGT, oxygen concentration, and tank entry logs in the cloud. Immediate alerts for unseen risks during tank operations.
"Safe TANK DX" is an additional safety management option that integrates heat stroke prevention and oxygen deficiency measures for tank and vessel work into the entry management system. It connects WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) sensors, oxygen concentration sensors, IC card entry and exit logs, surveillance cameras, and warning lights to a carrier-independent cloud infrastructure. By combining the WBGT values inside the tank with the continuous working hours of each worker, it comprehensively assesses the risk of heat stroke, which can be easily overlooked with single data points. Oxygen concentration is also collected via 920MHz band wireless communication, allowing centralized monitoring of multiple locations from the monitoring office's PC. In case of abnormalities, immediate alerts are sent to on-site warning lights and the mobile phones of relevant personnel.
