Durcrete Machine Parts Compound

A specialized compound that achieves high rigidity, high weight, and improved vibration damping for construction machinery.

When this compound is applied to the machine tool, it forms a hybrid structure, enhancing the machine rigidity and vibration damping properties by filling the welded steel structure, cast iron machine bed, and frame with this solidifying material. The increase in natural frequency reduces noise and increases thermal inertia. This enables improvements in milling processing speed, accuracy, and reduction in tool wear. This compound is designed to have properties similar to concrete while possessing expansion coefficients, compressive strength, and elastic modulus tailored for steel (durfill S) and cast iron (durfill E). By providing a slight expansion rate, it ensures that no gaps occur in the filled structure, maintaining adhesion with the structure after drying. Additionally, since the metal outer shell is preserved during the assembly process, no special processing is required for custom adaptations not included in the original design, allowing for smooth and quick modifications afterward.
