The data processing device will be installed on the measuring instruments and testing machines already in use to collect data. The system aims to incorporate data from dimension measuring instruments such as calipers and to build a system that includes automatic processing of measurement data. Additionally, by communicating with the host computer, it is possible to receive various data such as standard values, automatically perform measurements and pass/fail judgments, and send the results. The introduction of this system will enable automatic input and measurement of test data, leading to reduced work time and fewer entry errors. Furthermore, the design and production of small-scale centralized management systems are also possible. System Configuration: A three-layer structure consisting of FAPC (for data accumulation, installed on each testing machine) / Relay PC (for monitoring) / Office PC (viewable via the company LAN), supporting connection of up to 4 FAPCs. Data Recording and Output: CSV output of operational status (with specified date range) / CSV output of operational status list / Option for automatic Excel launch after output / Reference settings for local storage and data copy destination folders.
