The Pulling Unit PC-SX15 / PC-SX30 / PC-SX45 is a product that enables mistake-proofing for various pulling tasks by allowing the exchange of the tip to match the target being pulled. In pulling tasks such as with board connectors or clips, it pulls the target (e.g., a connector) with a constant force, detects that the target has been pulled, and wirelessly transmits the work results. The tip can be prepared by the customer. (We have φ3×2 available.) You can choose the pulling force (spring strength). ■Overview of the Pull Unit - The "pull unit" has a built-in spring in addition to the switch, and the switch will not be pressed unless a force above a certain value is applied. Additionally, there are three types of springs to choose from, and the force can be adjusted depending on the connector. - The "pull unit" is equipped with a wireless transmitter, allowing it to interface with PLCs and higher-level systems by using a dedicated receiver. By utilizing the Simple Poka-Yoke Counter (TW-800R-SCL), it is possible to build a minimal configuration Poka-Yoke system that can manage quantities. This prevents half-mated connectors from leaking into the market while simultaneously preventing inspection omissions and forgetfulness. - By designing the tip section in-house, it is possible to request production from related processing manufacturers or to internally produce tip parts using a 3D printer. This flexibility not only helps reduce costs and lead times but also accelerates the speed from prototyping to implementation. *If you have issues with half-lock problems in connectors, please contact us.
