Thick-soled running shoes water jet cutting

In recent years, mainstream thick-soled running shoes with carbon plates have emerged. These high-quality super running shoes feature materials with distinct characteristics for rebound and cushioning in the inner part, along with a carbon fiber plate that enhances propulsion. This request is for a cross-sectional structure verification and introduction, so it was essential to minimize dirt and roughness during the water jet cutting process. The shoelaces were removed in advance, and measures were taken to address the internal cavity and unstable tongue. There was a slight disruption in the area beyond the carbon plate in the midsole, but otherwise, the cutting was almost vertical, with a cutting width contained within approximately 1mm.
