In the electronic components manufacturing industry, proper handling and reuse of used solvents are required in the flux removal process. When the amount of solvent discharge is high, issues such as increased processing costs and consideration for environmental impact arise. Additionally, maintaining a safe working environment is also important. Our small solvent recovery unit, the CA-100 series, is suitable for processing waste solvents of less than 2 tons per month, and can be installed and recovered in both non-explosive and explosive areas as long as the solvent has a boiling point of approximately 250°C or lower.
