Request for internal inspection of the winding of the stator coil. In conventional sawing, issues such as heat generation, wear and damage, and contamination of the cross-section are problematic. To ensure minimal damage and a uniform cross-section, water jet cutting was chosen. Due to the reduced thermal impact, damage to the winding and insulation material is minimized. The protrusions on the frame were removed in advance, and cutting was performed with minimal friction and impact to suppress damage. However, as the material substrate becomes exposed due to cutting, there is a certain processing time involved, which can lead to the formation of an oxide film, and rust may occur on some metal parts.
