XRF is a high-performance 2-channel RF signal source for optical and quantum experiments. It supports RF output of 20–400 MHz with a maximum of 4W per channel and can modulate frequency, amplitude, and phase over a bandwidth of up to 10 MHz. The FPGA-driven DDS architecture generates complex FM/AM/PM sequences by combining interpolation, loops, ramps, and external triggers. It can flexibly configure the RF signals necessary for direct driving of AOMs, laser stabilization, and quantum state control in a single unit. It also supports control via USB/Ethernet, facilitating integration and automation into research systems.
