An all-aluminum heat exchanger designed to maximize the characteristics of materials with good thermal conductivity for various air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. This was a request for cutting a part of a certain famous design shape. Due to the complex composition of the material, shape cutting is absolutely impossible with other processing machines. Additionally, there were concerns regarding certain areas with water jet cutting, so we proposed a special treatment in advance, allowing us to cut even sharp areas without deformation, and the honeycomb structure was also cut perfectly. At YK Accuracy Co., Ltd., we not only handle aluminum, copper, carbon, FRP, and ceramic tiles, but we also receive many requests for processing various difficult-to-cut materials. We can produce any number of items with the same pattern using materials and hardness tailored to the usage environment, as well as make partial shape modifications.
