Vibration and Noise Control Grease "Klübersynth RA 44 Series"
In manufacturing and design environments where industrial robots, precision equipment, and automotive interior components operate, suppressing unpleasant operational noises and fine vibrations of devices is essential for enhancing the added value of products. In particular, the occurrence of abnormal noises and vibrations in various moving parts and gears not only undermines the overall quietness and quality perception of the product but can also lead to secondary issues such as oil seepage and contamination of surrounding components due to oil separation. The special lubricant 'Klübersynth RA 44 series,' which exhibits excellent vibration and noise damping effects, effectively reduces the operational noise of robots and the unpleasant rubbing sounds of resin parts. With its high oil film retention capability, it minimizes seepage and oil separation, thereby reducing contamination of components and strongly supporting the adjustment of optimal operational feel and stable quality maintenance of equipment.
