"Bycoat® Exceed" is an evolved product that enhances the non-stick properties, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance in addition to the basic performance of the conventional Bycoat®. It demonstrates more reliable release properties and durability in applications such as molds that use resins with strong adhesion. The series has two variations. In addition to the basic performance of Bycoat® (high hardness, long lifespan, dimensional stability), "Exceed CR" improves corrosion resistance, while "Exceed HR" enhances heat resistance.
