We would like to introduce examples of micro-machining targeting ultra-small screw parts with a total length of 1.3mm class to small-diameter composite parts around 3mm in total length, made of SUS303 material. In small-diameter parts with fine screws and slits, issues such as burr generation, deformation, and dimensional variation have been challenges during processing.
