Pure sericin is a high-purity protein derived from silk cocoons. In both ELISA and immunochromatography evaluation systems, it has demonstrated a non-specific adsorption inhibition rate equal to or greater than the industry standard BSA (bovine serum albumin) (as described in Patent No. 4618648), and can be used as a standalone blocking agent in the blocking step. Please dissolve it in a buffer solution for use. Depending on the formulations and conditions of various companies, it can also be used in combination with other components. It contributes to formulations that do not use mammalian-derived ingredients. Consistent production at our domestic factory allows for stable supply with minimal lot variation. There is a track record of adoption by diagnostic reagent manufacturers.
