Achieving Zero Tablet Damage! Improve Yield Performance with CO.RA. Tablet Valve
A tablet valve designed to prevent cracking, chipping, and damage during the discharge of tablets and soft capsules
During the handling of fragile tablets, such as orally disintegrating tablets (OD tablets) designed to improve ease of administration, preventing cracking and chipping during transfer from containers to the next process has become a critical challenge. The CO.RA. Tablet Valve, developed in Italy, enhances cushioning performance through its unique wide silicone contact surface design, which increases the area of silicone in contact with tablets. Comparative testing using actual equipment confirmed that the CO.RA. Tablet Valve prevented the occurrence of fine chipping observed with competitor products, contributing to improved yield and more reliable tablet handling.
