In addition to onsite PPAs, there is an increase in offsite PPAs and virtual PPAs that supply only non-fossil certificates. This seminar will explain each type of corporate PPA and discuss the troubles and responses that arise in the development, acquisition, and operation of renewable energy power plants for corporate PPAs, referencing recent court cases.
