Automatically measures the wire adhesion strength of crimp terminals.
The operation mode can be selected from either "discontinue" or "hold." Supports the setting of standard values for pulling (minimum). Registration of up to 16 different part numbers. Supports the setting of holding force and time. The wire clamp accommodates fine wires (0.05 Sq) to thick wires (5 Sq). It accurately measures the wire adhesion force of crimp terminals. The motor pulls the wire in the direction of rotation, measuring the load until the wire detaches from the terminal or breaks. The maximum measurement load can be selected from three types: 245N (25kg), 490N (50kg), and 980N (100kg).
