Laser marker for printed circuit board traceability that can track implemented components.
LMS-K500ML (Inline CO2 Laser Marker / Traceability support for mounted components and material lots on printed circuit boards)
Traceability is a testament to trust. It allows us to reliably trace which parts and materials were used on which circuit board through a unique ID.
The ultimate verification of the quality of electronic components and materials is a system that can trace "which components were mounted on which circuit boards and when." The LMS-K500ML is an inline CO2 laser marker that directly marks a unique ID (2D code and text) on the circuit board itself at the very beginning of the SMT assembly line, serving as the starting point for managing the history of mounted components and material lots. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Linking the positional information of mounted components with the circuit board serial number for tracking at the component level - Ensuring traceability of component lots/material lots starting from the circuit board - Quickly identifying the target circuit board in the event of counterfeit components or defective lot contamination 【Benefits of Implementation】 - During recalls, it allows for limiting the target lot, minimizing the scope and cost of recovery - Eliminating mislabeling or number skipping of labels and inks, ensuring sequential management - Verifying the printed 2D code after printing to double the quality assurance
