Laser marker that identifies each printed circuit board individually and serves as a starting point for factory data.
LMS-K500ML (Inline CO2 Laser Marker / Smart Factory Data Integration with Substrate Individual Identification)
The unique ID printed on the printed circuit board becomes the starting point for traceability data in the smart factory.
The key to smart factory transformation lies in how much data from the field can be connected at the individual unit level. The LMS-K500ML is an inline CO2 laser marker that directly marks a unique ID (2D code or text) on the circuit board itself at the very beginning of the SMT assembly line, linking subsequent process data from that ID point. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Communicate the printed board serial to higher-level systems such as IoT and MES for centralized management of manufacturing data. - Visualize and track process progress in real-time with a unique ID for each circuit board. - Contribute to reducing setup time through variety switching linked with higher-level systems. 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Eliminate the disjointed existence of field data and cross-link processes based on the circuit board. - Remove manual label application and number management to prevent input errors and number skips. - Standardize code reading verification after printing to ensure the reliability of data origins.
