As an alternative inspection method to liquid immersion testing using organic fluorine compounds (PFAS/Fluorinert(TM) etc.), Fukuda Corporation has been providing air leak tests (hermetic tests) using pressure change leak testing methods for some time. The 'MSA-0101 series' is the latest hermetic testing device for sealed products to confirm gross leaks. Since the medium used for testing is air, there are no running costs. This hermetic testing device has been developed for small-scale applications such as testing during device development and random sampling hermetic inspections. *For mass production inspections or line integration, we offer fully automatic testing devices in the 'MS series'. The size of the products to be inspected ranges from a few millimeters for small devices to medium to large devices up to 80 × 70 mm, which can be accommodated by manufacturing measurement jigs (cores).
