We would like to introduce a case where a fluid control equipment manufacturer adopted the stainless steel lost-wax casting method. Until now, we had been machining and welding stainless steel block materials over a long period in Japan, but the shortage of skilled workers and the rising costs of raw materials posed challenges to the competitiveness of product pricing. In response, we proposed the lost-wax casting method. This allowed for a design that ensures uniform wall thickness in internal flow paths, achieving overall weight reduction and decreased fluid resistance.
