[Construction Example] Maintenance of communication ports for continuous melting holding furnaces and multi-layer holding furnaces.
We will introduce a case where cold start roughness repair was performed, resulting in an improvement of approximately 5% in fuel efficiency!
At Nippon High Heat Industry Co., Ltd., we offer furnace cleaning (slag removal) services. The connection port area is a place where maintenance during regular operations is difficult to perform, making it prone to slag accumulation. By securely ensuring the opening of the connection port, it is possible to effectively transfer the temperature from the holding chamber (heating chamber) to the outlet. Our dedicated staff, who can share your concerns, will assist you. We will assess the situation and propose the most suitable maintenance method. 【Features】 ■ Cleaning by furnace experts ■ A variety of specialized tools are available, allowing for diverse approaches tailored to the situation ■ Capable of handling maintenance for special furnaces that are difficult to maintain, such as multi-layer furnaces and immersion furnaces ■ Implementation during hot (molten metal holding state) conditions is possible at relatively lower costs ■ We can also handle the purification of molten metal after chipping work *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
