"Support via Web Conference" During the 3-month contract period, we will provide support via web conference (Zoom) up to 6 times. Each session will last a maximum of 30 minutes, and only one session can be conducted per week. "Consideration of Customization Based on Requirements" We will consider customization tailored to your requirements that is not offered through regular chat support (this does not guarantee implementation). "Provision of Customization Samples" We will provide samples of customization tailored to individual customer cases (this does not guarantee provision for every instance). "Advice on Creating kintone Applications" We will provide advice on the structure of kintone applications suitable for customization in your environment.
