Using water jet cutting, we performed circular cutting on the outer circumference and created eight bolt holes, as well as a cross-shaped notch on the inner diameter. This notch is designed to facilitate access to the interior of the piping and aid in positioning during assembly. Water jet cutting does not affect the rubber material with heat and allows for high-precision finishing of complex notch shapes. ■Product Features NBR (Nitrile Rubber) has excellent oil resistance, making it an ideal synthetic rubber for seals in fuel oils and lubricants. It also boasts high mechanical strength and wear resistance, and is widely used in O-rings, gaskets, hoses, and more.
