We would like to introduce a case study of the production of oversized O-rings used in the sealing parts of large equipment. In response to the challenge that the curing adhesion process (using molds) takes several weeks and does not meet the timeline for site restoration, we proposed our round cord adhesive processing. A 10mm diameter NBR round cord was bias cut (diagonally cut) to match the circumference length, and skilled craftsmen manually bonded it.
