Built-in 2-channel comparator with hysteresis for temperature detection, ideal for overvoltage detection!
This product is equipped with two comparators and one internal power supply, allowing it to simultaneously detect two voltage levels. It has a built-in reference voltage of 1.27V, and when the input voltage (IN1, IN2) exceeds the reference voltage, the output goes LOW. Applications for this product include overvoltage detection, temperature detection, and signal detection. Since it has two channels, it is possible to monitor overvoltage detection and temperature detection simultaneously, for example. The comparator is designed with approximately 570mV of hysteresis to prevent output chatter. It also includes a power supply voltage clamp circuit, which allows it to be used when voltages exceeding the absolute maximum ratings are applied by enabling current flow.

Isahaya Electronics began production of small signal transistors in 1973 and has evolved its semiconductor technology into design technologies for gate drivers and DC/DC converters. In recent years, the company has also focused on developing high-efficiency, high-power-factor power supply technologies to contribute to carbon neutrality. (Three-phase PFC, 1500V input compatible DC/DC converters, bidirectional converters, etc.) Meanwhile, to meet diverse needs, small signal transistors have also evolved with enhanced functionality and integration, expanding the lineup of high-voltage, high-current transistors, MOSFETs, and analog ICs.
