In the cutting process of composite materials (laminated boards) made by overlapping resin sheets or films with adhesives, adhesive adhesion to the blade tip directly impacts product quality. When highly adhesive glue components adhere and accumulate on the blade tip, not only does the cutting performance significantly decline, but the accumulated adhesive also transfers and adheres to the product's cut surface, causing appearance defects and dimensional defects that worsen yield. Conventional fluororesin coatings are too thick, at several tens of micrometers, causing the blade tip to round off and reducing cutting precision, making them unsuitable for use.
