The wire is fed out in synchronization with the drawn speed through sag control using stepped rollers. 【Features】 ■ The bobbin is rotated using a Kere method for feeding. ■ The stepped rollers can absorb a maximum sag amount of 2400mm with three rows of grooves. ■ The feeding tension is maintained at a constant level by the "weight of the stepped rollers + weights." ■ The bobbin fixing method allows for quick setup using a centerless and push-cup method. ■ There is one contact each for external emergency stop input and output signals.
