We have newly started a commissioned testing service for "thermal shock testing." Testing-related materials are currently being provided.

We would like to introduce our "Thermal Shock Testing" service. ⇒ As of March 2026, three "Thermal Shock Test Devices" are in operation at the Tokai Testing Center's second testing building. What is thermal shock testing? It is an environmental test that evaluates and confirms the durability of test subjects by exposing them alternately to "high-temperature environments" and "low-temperature environments" in a short period of time. Specifically, it simulates the rapid temperature changes in areas such as automotive engine compartments and verifies the presence of cracks, damage, or malfunctions caused by thermal stress.
