basic information
In addition to contract manufacturing, we are actively engaged in research and development of our own products, offering a wide range of original products. We have established a system that can flexibly respond to the diverse and advanced needs of our customers with customized products and packaging lines capable of handling small quantities and a variety of high value-added items. As a pioneer in the Taiwanese screw industry, we were among the first to introduce "Industry 4.0" and "Smart Manufacturing." By building a unique production monitoring system utilizing AI and big data, we have achieved a transition from traditional "manufacturing" to "intelligent production (smart manufacturing)," earning high recognition as a model case for smart factories. Furthermore, in recent years, we have strengthened our efforts towards sustainability, such as decarbonization and reducing environmental impact, and are continuously investing in automation and labor-saving equipment through robotics. By combining automated equipment with remote monitoring, we have established a production system that excels in high efficiency, high quality, and safety, while also being environmentally conscious, creating an environment where employees can focus on higher value-added tasks. These initiatives have been highly praised, and we have received numerous awards both domestically and internationally.
