Centralized monitoring of power, temperature, and humidity in data centers | Monitoring software
CEW-M4 / Hexacore
Utilizing existing sensors and PLCs to consolidate equipment information on a web interface.
In data centers and server rooms, information such as power, temperature and humidity, and equipment status can be dispersed across different devices and monitoring systems. When information is split across multiple screens, it takes time to confirm issues when abnormalities occur, and expanding the monitoring range due to equipment additions can become complicated. CEW-M4 is software that aggregates data obtained from existing sensors, PLCs, and Modbus-compatible devices, allowing for centralized monitoring via a web browser. It displays current, power, energy, temperature, and humidity together, and supports early detection of abnormalities, initial decision-making, and post-response situation confirmation through alarm, history, graph, and map functions. [Challenges] - Information on power and temperature and humidity is dispersed across multiple screens. - I want to quickly confirm the equipment or location where an abnormality has occurred. - I want to check data before and after the occurrence of an abnormality in graph form. - I want to aggregate equipment information from multiple floors or locations. [Implementation Effects] - Confirm dispersed equipment data on a single screen. - Support understanding the situation and initial decision-making before on-site confirmation. - Understand abnormal locations and changes before and after occurrences. - Build a monitoring environment that utilizes existing equipment. - Gradually expand the monitoring range according to equipment additions. - Visualize power and temperature and humidity data.
