We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for the production of aerospace-related parts using block material provided by a customer from the aviation and space industry. The part we are introducing this time is an aluminum component processed from the block material supplied by the customer, using full cutting. Due to its thin-walled shape with a thickness of 3mm and being a small component, there were challenges such as warping and vibration during processing. Our company designed dedicated jigs and optimized cutting conditions to achieve stable quality while minimizing deformation.
