The KSB "Ethanorm" is a single-suction centrifugal pump that caters to a wide range of applications, including water supply systems, cooling water circulation, air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, and drainage systems. It adopts a hydraulic design that achieves high efficiency, with the impeller diameter adjustable as standard to match the actual operating point. The low NPSH design ensures excellent suction performance and stable operation. Multiple shaft sealing options are available, including single mechanical seals, double mechanical seals, and gland packing, along with a rich variety of materials such as cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, and bronze. Furthermore, it supports variable speed control via KSB PumpDrive, pump condition monitoring through PumpMeter, and temperature and vibration monitoring with KSB Guard. By combining with an inverter-equipped motor, energy savings of up to 60% can be achieved depending on operating conditions. It can handle a maximum flow rate of 2,321 m³/h and a maximum head of 160 m, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including large flow cooling water and circulation water systems.
