■Title: "3rd Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Technology - Application Edition (NMC Cathode and Graphite/Silicon Anode)" This is a small-group, 4-night, 5-day practical course that allows participants to consistently experience the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries at a factory level using an actual battery factory. Participants will learn the battery manufacturing process practically using real equipment, from adjusting the anode and cathode slurries, coating, drying, pressing, electrode processing, stacking, terminal joining, laminating cell assembly, electrolyte injection, initial charging, gas venting, to completing the cells. 【Course Features】 - On-site practical training using an actual battery factory - Practical acquisition of manufacturing technology for NMC cathodes and graphite/silicon anodes - Experience the entire process from slurry adjustment to cell completion - Thorough instruction in a small group of 6 participants - Direct instruction from experienced instructors and trainers, including former Sony and GS Yuasa personnel, as well as experts from AIST 【Target Audience】 Individuals who conduct battery research and development at the laboratory level and wish to learn the fundamentals of manufacturing technology by experiencing a series of battery manufacturing processes at the factory level.
