Our company, which primarily focused on manufacturing, started the education business with the philosophy of wanting to contribute to Japan's future. Since launching our first classroom in March 2023, we have been operating three Meiko Gijuku classrooms as of September 2026. We are incorporating the quality awareness and goal-setting cultivated in the manufacturing industry into our education business. Each classroom manager sets the goals and strategies for their respective classrooms, and we are continuously implementing the PDCA cycle on a daily basis. The classroom managers and instructors also set their own goals and work together with the students to implement the PDCA cycle. We set goals together with the students towards their desired future selves, striving together like a three-legged race. Additionally, our instructors are a point of pride for our classrooms. This spring, we have a student who graduated as a senior in high school and has remained with us as an instructor after entering university, which has increased the number of members who can also implement the PDCA cycle alongside the classroom managers.
