Check power usage during non-operating hours by circuit | Simple power sensor
PAL-Plus type E | Hexacore Inc.
Understanding power usage trends during nighttime, breaks, and downtime by circuit. Supporting the review of operations during standby.
It can be difficult to determine which equipment or circuits are using power during downtime based solely on the total power consumption of the factory. The PAL-Plus type E is a Modbus-compatible sensor that calculates simple power and simple accumulated power consumption from the alternating current and the set voltage and power factor. It continuously records data by circuit, allowing for comparisons between operating and non-operating times. [Challenges] Unable to understand usage during standby; want to check by circuit; want to compare before and after improvements. [Implementation Benefits] It supports understanding usage trends during non-operating hours and selecting circuits for energy-saving measures.
