During the on-site investigation, we will check the model, year, refrigerant type, refrigerant quantity, operating hours, set temperature, and actual temperature of the refrigeration and air conditioning units.
Continuously measure the current values every 5 minutes before and after the installation of the duct. Compare the power consumption under the same conditions, such as outside temperature, to objectively evaluate efficiency improvements.
Wrap the signal line from the lidac around the refrigerant piping and secure it with aluminum tape. It will act on the flowing refrigerant.
Current data obtained at 5-minute intervals was plotted by outside air temperature, and power consumption under the same temperature conditions was compared through regression analysis. After the installation of the redactor, a trend of reduced current values was observed across all temperature ranges.
We will report the estimated annual reduction amount and payback period based on the reduction analysis results, leading to the installation work. *This measurement is a comparative analysis based on actual measurement data correlated with outdoor temperature. However, since it is difficult to completely unify production conditions and operating conditions, the calculated reduction rate and reduction amount are reference values. They do not guarantee future reduction effects.
