For cationic electrodeposition coating (black), we perform zinc phosphate treatment (dipping) as a pretreatment, with a paintable size of 1,600mm × 1,600mm × 400mm and a maximum weight of 25kg. We ensure corrosion resistance (SST) of over 960 hours and a hardness of 2H or more, compatible with iron, aluminum, and plated steel sheets (bonded steel sheets are not acceptable).
