MS1150 is a digital synthetic oscillator (DSO) that combines BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) resonator technology with high-performance digital frequency synthesis technology, achieving ultra-low phase jitter. It supports a wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 2,200 MHz and can be factory-set with high resolution of less than 1 ppb. At typical output frequencies, it realizes ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 20 to 22 fs (femtoseconds). The Adaptive Intelligence feature and autonomous DSP algorithms help mitigate the effects of manufacturing variations, power supply voltage, and temperature changes, maintaining high clock stability. It supports various differential outputs such as CML, LVDS, LVPECL, and HCSL, and features fast startup times of up to 10 ms.
