The H-815 is an industrial hexapod that supports high-precision lens alignment, assembly of optical components and photonics, precise control in laser material processing, and industrial automation operating 24/7. It particularly excels in high-throughput lens alignment processes, achieving high-precision position and posture correction through 6 degrees of freedom control in X/Y/Z as well as pitch, roll, and yaw. With a maximum movement speed of 20 mm/s, a minimum step of 50 nm, and a repeatability of ±0.05 µm, it demonstrates stable performance even under continuous operation. Equipped with absolute value encoders, it eliminates the need for returning to the origin, and integration with devices is made easy through Ethernet/EtherCAT compatibility.
