This is an OEM production case for a drink holder designed for pipe chairs at the Tenjin Matsuri viewing area. It integrates not only drink storage but also pockets for fans and pamphlets, seat number displays, and the ability to showcase sponsor names and logos. This balances the convenience for event attendees with the seat management and sponsor promotion for the organizers. Made using leather-like synthetic leather (PVC), transparent PVC sheets, and reinforced PP, it combines multiple processing techniques such as high-frequency welding, plotter cutting, sewing, and silk screen printing. Prototyping, evaluation, and improvement were conducted using actual pipe chairs, resulting in mass production of 230 units. We also accommodate OEM and custom products that combine high-frequency welding processing with sewing and cutting. To achieve a three-dimensional storage structure, we combine multiple processing techniques such as welding with a high-frequency welder, plotter cutting, and sewing, including drink holders on both sides and a central pocket. We created prototypes by attaching them to actual pipe chairs and made adjustments while confirming storage capacity, usability, and fit to the chair before finalizing the product. Maruni's strength lies in our ability to integrate multiple processes in-house, allowing us to handle everything from prototyping to mass production consistently.
