High-efficiency operation and availability improvement technology for biomass, waste, coal, and other solid fuel power plants.
- Three speakers (Nagoya University: Professor Naruse, Tohoku Electric Power Industry, Yokogawa Electric) will be presenting. This seminar will cover the behavior of ash during the combustion processes of fine coal, industrial waste, and wood biomass, including ash adhesion behavior to heat transfer tubes and ash adhesion suppression technologies. It will also address the mechanisms of ash adhesion and high-temperature corrosion, along with the latest development technologies, specific countermeasures, evaluation and analysis methods, and groundbreaking water jet cleaning device technologies that enable efficient operation. Additionally, solutions for reducing maintenance costs, improving operational rates and profit margins, and extending lifespan through chemical reactions to reduce high-temperature corrosion and prevent clinker hardening will be thoroughly explained by leading experts in the field. All speakers are expected to attend in person, but there may be instances where the presentation will be held online.
