Even after many years of use, functionality and durability do not diminish! Here we present a case study that achieved both stretch film and a reduction in labor hours.
We would like to introduce a case where our cargo collapse prevention band "Hitorimaki" was implemented by a customer. In an era where classical wrap packaging was the norm, the company was using wrap to secure plastic containers, facing challenges with disposal costs and labor hours. With the implementation, they successfully achieved a significant reduction in stretch film usage and labor hours. Even under harsh storage conditions, with temperatures below freezing in winter and above 45 degrees in summer, the rubber parts have not deteriorated, and the product continues to perform well over a long period. 【Case Overview】 ■ Background of Implementation: Reduction of Stretch Film ■ Effects of Implementation: Reduction of wrap waste disposal costs, reduction of labor hours ■ Product Evaluation: Even in conditions of below freezing in winter and above 45 degrees in summer, there has been no deterioration of the rubber parts of the band, and the adhesion of the Velcro remains strong. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
