Our company has jointly developed a smartphone-compatible sales support app called "ebiss" based on the integrated customer management system "F-RevoCRM" in collaboration with Nippon Shokken Holdings Co., Ltd. The sales style that focused on "sales volume," which was a challenge, has shifted to a "quality" focused sales approach centered on "repeat (proposal) sales" to ensure that staple items for restaurants and other establishments are used for a long time.
