- Instructions for Use 1. Remove any dirt, rust, etc. from the area to be painted, and clean the surface. 2. If necessary, mask off areas such as electrical parts, and apply using a brush or by dipping. 3. Allow to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area without air stagnation.
