LED mounting spacer round type φ3, φ5 with 2 angle mounting guides (nylon, black) / LDN-300-R
This product is a nylon 66 spacer equipped with two "mounting guide legs" that insert into the circuit board. It is compatible with LEDs and features a self-alignment design that prevents the spacer from tipping over or misaligning before soldering by inserting the guide legs into the holes of the circuit board. Since the spacer can be stably held in a predetermined position on the circuit board, it helps to reduce the tilt of the LEDs and makes it easier to mount multiple LEDs at uniform positions and heights. Additionally, by supporting temporary fixation to the circuit board with the guide legs, it helps to prevent components from lifting during the soldering process, thereby improving assembly efficiency and stabilizing implementation quality. The material, nylon 66, possesses excellent mechanical strength, toughness, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Utilizing the positioning and temporary fixation functions of the mounting guide legs along with the electrical insulation of nylon 66, it can be used as a mounting component in electronic devices and display devices that utilize LEDs.
